Please ensure that you keep your PIN code private and confidiential. You should not write it down near your mobile phone and definitely do not share it with any children. If you fail to remember or correctly enter your PIN code on four occasions in a row then the system will lock you out. Once locked out you will need to contact the Customer Support Center to reactivate the account.
